1 T oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 T ginger, minced
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
250 g Golden Sun Whole Baby Corn
3 T Golden Sun Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce
100 g noodles, cooked
Coriander to garnish
Heat oil in large pot. Add garlic and ginger, cook over low heat for 1 minute.
Add stock and bring to the boil. Add chicken and baby corn, cook for 5 minutes.
Add chilli sauce and noodles, heat until piping hot.
